Cowl Extraction Kits & Downdraft Trays
Etek Europe provide a wide range of volume fume extraction accessories including down draft trays and table top cowls for specific production demands.
Cowl Extraction Kits
Plenum Cowl and Conical Cowl connection kits are designed to capture fumes horizontally across the workbench. This helps to keep fumes away from the workers breathing zone. These kits both contain 75mm flexible connection hose (1.2m - 1.5m) and all fittings. The cowls are made of black conductive H.I polystyrene construction and the clear cowls are made from clear PTG plastic.
Downdraft Trays
Downdraft trays are designed to capture fumes from underneath the work area. This helps to keep fumes away from the workers breathing zone. The downdraft tray carcass is made of conductive H.I polystyrene and the tray is stainless steel.
50mm & 75mm Cowls
50mm ESD Cowl in Black or Clear
The capture area of the 50mm cowl is taken from in front of the cowls, shown above. The height of the capture area is 100mm. 50mm cowl dimensions: 350 x 200 x 120mm (WxDxH)
75mm ESD Cowl in Black or Clear
The capture area of the 75mm cowl is taken from in front of the cowls, shown above. The height of the capture area is 160mm. 75mm cowl dimensions: 560 x 180 x 180mm (WxDxH).

50mm Downdraft Tray
The capture area is equal to the size of the stainless steel tray, which is 290 x 200mm. The tray will also capture fumes up to 100mm above the tray. 50mm downdraft tray dimensions: 360 x 310 x 75mm (WxDxH).
75mm Downdraft Tray
The capture area is equal to the size of the stainless steel tray, which is 340 x 255mm. The tray will also capture fumes up to 100mm above the tray. 75mm downdraft tray dimensions: 360 x 430 x 90mm (WxDxH).
